Can a Dog Detect Cancer By Smell



Even as a puppy, Labrador named Daisy was trained British charitable medical organization to detect cancer and other deadly diseases by means of smell in skin samples, urine and human exhalation.

For 10 years, Daisy successfully detects cancer in more than 550 cases, and thus made an invaluable contribution to the lives of people. Recently, the dog received a medal Blue Cross for his work in the prevention and treatment of cancer, according to kasjauns.lv.

Among these 550 cases, there was also her mistress Dr. Claire gest, in which Daisy found breast cancer. Executive Director of Medical Detection Dogs Claire gest forever grateful for Daisy the dog has done for her and hundreds of others.
