Maps of the nuclear bombing of Japan.

Often priceless treasures disappear during the war. But from time to time, the war itself creates relics and historical values. And again we return to the question of the lack of any control in the National Archives. Two sheets of paper with plans for the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, dated June 1945, which were created by the United States Army Air Corps, were, you guessed it, stolen from the National Archives. Containing aerial photographs of the area from strategic locations, these missing evidence of crimes the United States, disappeared and still cannot find. No one knows exactly when the cards are gone, so the working group dealing with the investigation to find the answer. It is unknown how the thief got the documents, but it is known that the record of the files was stolen by a former employee, who was planning to sell them on eBau. Probably was more one or more employees who followed his example, although it is believed that the United States government staged the theft.
