Feel What You Can Not Feel

What if scientists found a way to pat a foreign language and thus make you feel that the language pat you?

Scientists in a terrible burst of inspiration found a way to make some people hallucinate that someone stroking finger their language. The horror began with the fact that the scientists asked the participants to experiment to stick their tongue into the hole in the box. Box was reflected in the mirror, so that it seemed as if another language, made of rubber, was inserted into the same box. The participants could see only a rubber tongue. The researchers then stroked both languages damp cotton swab, and after some time, the participants began to feel that an artificial language was associated with their body.

They felt it so much that 40% of them continued to feel like someone stroking their language, although no one did not. They felt the touch every time scientists touched the rubber tongue.

The researchers then began to do even more terrible things with a rubber tongue. To begin with, they sent him a laser. Participants felt the heat in their own languages when watched as scientists slowly fry fake. When participants saw as a rubber tongue touched with a cotton swab dipped in lemon juice, they felt a sour taste. And this despite the fact that the languages of participants applied cotton swabs soaked with water.

Finally, just for fun, the researchers put off lasers and cotton swabs and took up the scissors. At this patience is exhausted participants, and they decided to get rid of the boxes, and scientists experiment, proving that mindless adherence to authority has its limits.
